Looking for a Childbirth Education Class? I have you covered! June 4th at 7pm we start our spring session! This is available to anyone across Canada but there is some really great Saskatchewan specific information. We will be covering pregnancy, labour and birth, comfort techniques, interventions, early postpartum, and breastfeeding! This class covers all types of birth and has a comprehensive section on cesarean sections and comfort techniques for cesareans! Class will run for 6 weeks, every Friday, at 7pm.
